our walks

We have been going on walks in the evening. We either walk up the mountain or we ride our bikes down the street. The kids love to go on our walks. In on of the washes their is a concert and rock wall. The kids climbed up it one night, so that is the favorite way to walk. in the pics Tyler is not falling{yet}. He can make in up and down about 4 times in the time it takes the girls. The girls make it to the top and scream "I am queen ". Tyler just wants to go up and down as many times as he can before I say lets go.

another week

this week is quite. I am getting prepared for the next six weeks of pain. The girls have 25 days of school left. They are very excited. We have been playing a lot of soccer. Tyler loves to play soccer but does not care for football. Kit says that will change! Haylee likes football though. She can play sports for the school next year. She is ready. The only problem with sports is you get hot and sweaty. We don't have an A/C right now so it gets hot in the house around 3:00 til 8:00. The landlord is going to put a new one in soon. Other then that we are doing great.

at the dentist

We had a day last week were all the kids went to the dentist. It was intresting we were really the only ones there. they took x-rays of the kids teeth and cleaned them. they did great. they don't seem to have any fear. these were just some funny pictures that i took why we were there.

Easter morning

Easter was fun!! We woke up at 5:30 and hide eggs in the cold. Then we just made it to bed and started to get comfortable when... Haylee and Erin came running down the hall. We got the others up and we went to check our baskets.

Then we went outside. The EEaster bunny hid a lot of eggs!!!They found eggs until they were frozen. Kryssi was completely overwhelmed. She would look at an egg and say an egg then walk right past it. She walked past a lot of eggs. Tyler was the nice little kid. He would find an egg and give the next to Erin. he gave some to the others but it was mostly Erin. Haylee and Erin picked separate sides of the yard and went for it.

Then the eggs came open. Haylee and Erin were excited about getting candy! Tyler showed me every piece of candy. H e was so happy. Then Kryssi opened one at a time and ate what was in it. Haylee ended opening the rest of her eggs so we could get ready for church.

Then we began the hour long process of shower hopping and getting ready. We made it on time barely. I picked the best pictures I could find. They were all high on candy so a great picture was out of the question. And I had a dress but the shirt was strange so I changed at the last minute.

Dyeing our eggs

We dyed our eggs on Friday night. We got some camouflage dye this year the kids liked the colors of them. Then they wrote on the eggs with the
Q-tip things. That was neat. my table has a pink spot now. Kryssi thought if they were boiled they were uncrackable or something.
